Did Carlington Hill 12 times which was the most that I've ever done it!!! Did a set of 4, then stretched, did 5 more, stretched, and the last 3 I did really fast. Leg, shins, and arm were hurting on the warmdown run back home, but feelin better now... :)
Did the longer river one all the way down to Woodroffe which was really nice!!! There was the most beautiful sunset ever and it was just spectacular running right beside the river!!! Just loved it!

Inbetween math questions, I did sets of 30 sit ups to work on my core since we didn't get a lot of that yesterday at ski practise...
Ran 3 sets of stairs and then did a pyramid up to 10 push ups followed by 3 sets of 30 sit ups, then we played against the senior girls volleyball team which was fun. The surprising thing was that we weren't totally skunked!!! They only beat us by 4 points the first game and7 points the next. And we're just the ski team!!!
Since I haven't been able to get out running at all this weekend, did a bunch of sit ups push ups before I went to bed, which is kinda weird but I still enjoyed it...
