shoes: Asics GT 2140
Short course at Metro Series (Atwell). Jogged 2.5km, walked about 750m. Achilles better than last week, but still not back to normal (normal being about 20% above the zero pain level). Had thought the cold was on the way out, but after the first 500m my chest was very wheezy. Tried walking the next 500m but it didn't improve so I thought I might as well resume running. Walked a bit more later on, and ran very slowly, hoping at least one person would be quicker. What do I have to do to get beaten? Didn't even have the optimum route today. Come back Aoife.
