Road cycling 2:02:23 [3] 53.5 km (2:17 / km)
shoes: Bike: Bianchi Coast to Coast

Solo ride, thru East Perth, Orrong Rd to Roe Hwy, then to Kwinana Fwy. South-Easterly along Orrong Rd, but by the time I hit the Freeway it had backed around to ENE, so had a headwind for 2 legs of the triangle!

Orienteering race 16:20 [4] 2.5 km (6:32 / km)
shoes: Asics GT 2150 New

Nav Dash at Guildford. OK without trying to run really hard, until 11-12 where I went in to a dead end, and then backed out the long way. Then on 12-13 I wasted quite a bit of time trying to run long, tussocky grass and crossing 3 awkward fences, when i could have taken a nice, fast route around on the road.

Running 43:19 [3] 7.9 km (5:29 / km)
shoes: Asics GT 2150 New

Kings Park run, didn't have energy to try for a faster time.

Orienteering race 36:46 [4] **** 3.3 km (11:08 / km)
spiked:8/12c shoes: Inov8 X Talon 212

Australian Middle Distance Champs, gps 4.13km. Got the win, but didn't really deserve it, at least 5 mins of errors after crossing the ridge for the 3rd, and trhen 4th time. Worst was no. 10, which I had seen previously (but without realising) on the way to 6 - lost a good 3 mins there.
