Running 36:03 [3] 6.0 km (6:01 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Road-X 255

Hyde Park laps. Cold, but just bearable in the sunny spots.

Friday Jul 10, 2015 #

Road cycling 2:16:00 [3] 50.0 km (2:43 / km)
shoes: Bike: Beemer Auto

Friday group ride, but not much of a group left when the two girls piked out because of likely rain. So just Richard and I left the Narrows, and it started to drizzle just after Canning Bridge, all the way to just before we met Noel at HMAS Leeuwin. Started drizzling again very soon, and this lasted all the way to breakfast at The Other Side. Fine after that, but it turns out the girls got heavy rain along the Freeway path when they left an hour later, and they piked out again by turning round and PP was home before me.

Road cycling 1:25:03 [3] 34.8 km (2:27 / km)
shoes: Bike: Beemer Auto

Bassendean ride, -1C when I started, most of the body had warmed up by the time I finished, but not the ears, fingers and toes.

Wednesday Jul 8, 2015 #

Road cycling 2:11:00 [3] 48.2 km (2:43 / km)
shoes: Bike: Beemer Auto

Around the river, cold with colder winds.

Tuesday Jul 7, 2015 #

Running 31:29 [3] 5.2 km (6:03 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Road-X 255

Hyde Park laps in fine weather, humid but, after I piked on the ride this morning due to constant drizzle, then heavy rain later.

Sunday Jul 5, 2015 #

Orienteering race 1:23:12 [3] 5.0 km (16:38 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Oroc 280

H3 course at Malmalling, tough course and a good workout for Scotland, but only clean at 5 of the 11 controls. Significant (5mins +) time loss at 5, 7 and 8, and smaller 1-2 minute wobbles at 2 and 3. Went over the hill (Mt Gorrie, 70m height gain) on the long leg towards the end, after being out for 70 minutes, so fitness must be reasonably ok.
