Neighbourhood walk/run 4:30 walk/0:30 run! First time I've run since toe surgery on Feb.18 and it felt great to lift up my knees! Starting out conservatively as my toe still hurts and mt podiatrist hasn't given his go ahead they postponed my appt since I've been out of the country to scary Canada.
