Walk on the Sweet Gum trail at Red Top Mountain Park. This is a beautiful open park and I am disappointed I didn't get a chance to orienteer here.

Practice course at Georgia Navigator Cup at Red Top Mountain. On the way to C5, I was reading the map while running downhill, tripped, and fell pretty hard. It took a few seconds to get up and my left wrist didn't feel right. After having it wrapped up by the first aid volunteer and feeling woozy, I decided to dns on my run. A trip to the Cartersville Medical Center confirmed my fear that it was fractured.
