Scouting for O meet.

I missed the game last week and our team won. I was back this week and we lost. Next week, I am away again. Let's see how this pattern holds out....

Fast cadence. And like on Thursday, some fast cadence at higher resistance while "hovering" over the saddle. Ough.

Annual 6 shooter run. 6 shots....well, maybe 7. And a warmup before that. Which is 7x more my usual fortnight alcohol consumption. In a big hour. But it is still a great evening, catching up with some peeps and meeting new ones.

Back day. Which included box jumps and assisted pull ups.

High cadence then sprint. Also something like bird dogs for core work.

Totally got a soaker and muddy legs jogging over to class. It was chest day. At the end I could not even do one push up. I had trouble getting my hands up to my keyboard in the afternoon.
I will be signing up for the next session.

Cadence. And one leg work which I appreciated.....a new challenge.
