Did this early in the morning before work, first WO I have done before work and it went well. Felt very strong and flowy. I ran a loop in 16:25 and was surprised that it wasn't faster but I was at tempo so the gains will come. Calf was 100%.

Calf was pretty good today - just overall tight and the occasional sharp pain when climbing or going down steep hills. Was hoping to do 2h but figured it was smarter to call it at an hour and live to fight another day.
Ran the Shuniah 1h loop easy but was rolling pretty good the last 10min or so.
