I am pretty pleased with this, I am definitively tired from training and just finishing an 8 day work rotation. I got off work a bit earlier yesterday and laid down for a bit and promptly fell asleep for 90min so I am not fresh. I think my strength is good but I am not sure about my speed.
I pushed pretty hard but not an all out effort, didn't kick the last stretch. One problem was my calf which had been great for about a week. It started hurting around 3miles and got progressively more sore. It was decent on the CD but is pretty sore right now. I have stretched, had acupuncture, and iced but really don't think another hard effort tonight is a good idea as disappointing as that is. Hopefully I will be able to do 10miles easier.
