Clapham Common park race. Felt tired and lethargic during long slow warm-up, and despite a few strides before starting I felt really slow at the start and not ready to race. Finally started to pick some speed up at around half-way round with the long legs across the north side of the common and then finished fairly strongly, but too late to pick up much time. Navigation generally fine, only a few minor wobbles.
