felt better this morning...but still not great. Hip started to hurt yesterday so i didnt do the intervals cause pauli didnt want me to injure it any further....not sure what it is but it isnt really that bad.

I felt alot better when i woke up this morning...but during the run i wasn't feeling too good, i was coughing up alot of shit, and my hips started to hrt...not sure why but it did.

nothing has really gotten better yet.....kinda stinks, chopped wood for about an hour....going to ride my bike now to the lappe store and pick up some milk i think...chopped some more wood for a while in the afternoon...hour and a half i think

went out this morning and cleaned up the rest of the kennedy mess, and started to clean up the tricky corner loop...that one will take a while because alot of trees are cut up already...and i think that pauli is thinking of cutting down another 30 or so more trees :|...i cleaned up the first hill where pauli knocked down 2 poplar trees. and i started to pick up the bigger trees on the tricky corner loop and pulled them into an area with other trees that pauli needs to cut up. probably going to move some of the spruce piles to ne of the bigger piles.

Ear seems like it got worse over night...if it starts to hurt i think that i might have pauli take me into a doctor to see if i have an infection....just right now it is really hard to hear out of. 7.5 km loop + 2.8 loop. Everything was really wet from last night...think that we might have lost power some time last night because i had to reset the clocks this morning...looks as if it might storm again tonight.

cleared out some of the branches that pauli cut down yesterday...still some left and pauli gave me a lot more jobs to do while he is gone
