Ran my planned Harriers course from Traralgon South Oval. Kept the quality as high as I could, not too hard, but good enough for a training effect. Will run this a few times over the next month to judge some improvement.

Made a 5hr 180degree nav error. Not good. But we kept on marching, and the descent from the top was pretty cool.

Struggled big time on the first climb from 3200m to over 4000m. Finally found my legs again by the time we reached 2500m, then riding strong when we dipped under 2000m. Really good leg until we lost the route just near the end and struggled to work out what was going on.
