Running race (Mt Feathertop) 1:10:23 [5] 10.0 km (7:02 / km) +1200m 4:24 / km
shoes: Asic 2110 GT

Bright Four Peaks #2
Crappy weather- cold and rainy. Started with Kath and Josh again, with K setting a hard pace up the first steep bit. Took the lead after about 30mins but never opened a gap until the last 10mins. Found out we had to stop at Federation Hut so when hard at the end because I had plenty of energy left. Great track to run on because of almost constant gradient, and never too steep. Would have like to have gone to the summit, but maybe next time.

Running (Mt Feathertop) 1:10:00 [2] 10.0 km (7:00 / km)

Event: Four Peaks

Running race (Mystic Hill) 1:04:05 [5] 1100.0 km (3 / km) +800m 3 / km
ahr:173 max:189 shoes: Asic 2110 GT

Bright Four Peaks #1
Started with Kathryn and Josh. Pace was pretty quick, but got a small gap on the 2nd steep part. Ran the middle section easily and Josh caught back up and we were together at the top, with Kath only 20m behind. Bloody steep descent and then quite nice gradient to the finish with Josh. Kath was a bit slower on the descent, then missed a turn loosing 2mins and the race record :-(

Running (Bright) 45:00 [2] 7.6 km (5:55 / km)
shoes: North Face Anurva Boa

easy recovery run with Kathryn, Shep and Jo on the trails along Ovens river.

Orienteering race (Summer Series) 39:39 [4] 8.03 km (4:56 / km)
shoes: Asic 2110

Summer Series. Felt pretty slow as usual, but really enjoyed the orienteering. Badly under judged my route and missed the 4 controls on the east side of M2 and hence back in under 40mins.

Stingers Training- Intervals
1 lap warm up and cool down, and 4 laps hard

Legs were really heavy and flat. Not sure if it was from weekend race, standing up at work, still post xpd lull, or a combination.

Kayaking (Fishermans Beach) 1:20:00 [3] 12.3 km (6:30 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: Fenn Millennium

Afternoon Paddle. From fishermans north for 6km. Wind was from NW and swell from NE which made it a bit choppy. Felt ok, until I turned around and realised the wind had swung around from the south and really picked up. So coming back was very tough work. But still haven't fallen out which is a good sign.
