Morning run with Kathryn around Macedon. Legs felt ok.

Spent the rest of the day at the VOA planning day. Not about day as Orienteering beauocracy goes.

Interesting points for the day
VOA earned $10k in interest last year (well over what OA spends on promotion of the sport).
And if Melbourne steet orienteers had to pay $5 rather than $4 the sport would fail. Well apparently...

75min score course. Good fun area. Finished 2nd behind Steve but more importantly in front of Josh.

I still feel god awful but had to get out and do something. Finally the Merida is ready to go so I took it out for an easy roll. But surprised myself and felt pretty good so rode up through Uralla reserve, then up Wiktor Rd to the top of Mt Traf. Crazy humid but nice to be exercising again.

Strength work 10:00 [3]

Had 3 wisdom teeth removed this morning under general anesthesia. Very apprehensive as I've heard so many bad stories. I was pretty sleepy in the afternoon but felt ok during the evening and ate more than I expected. Kathryn was annoyed that I was feeling so good because she had the worst experience ever.
Even did a bit of gardening before bed and some core exercises for 10mins so I didn't have to put a rest day.
