In Sydney for a night just to set a record 9 reps at Observatory Hill. I started doing reps here with Andy many years ago but the session has been given new life by Prong and Andy by increasing the number of different intervals to 12.
I was surprised how good my achilles felt, but perhaps it was the volaren speaking. Though still good the next day so maybe I'm finally on the mend. I enjoyed the session but the body didn't know how to take working over 60% of max capacity. Nice to do session with Andy and Prong.
