morning paddle after my first bad night shift. It was quite a nice morning and surprisingly warm.

Ride at Blores Hill with Hahny and Chris from work. Great day and great fun pumping around the track from the 6hr enduro a few weeks ago. The boys ride well. I'd forgotten how much fun good singletrack can be!
Totally crashed in the arvo in need of sleep.

short afternoon ride to see how the Chiru was going. Pumped out a few short hills.

warm up for Rail trail intervals with Corny and Kathryn.

10 x 1min on/off. Couldn't keep with Corny but he was still a good rabbit. Didn't feel as brisk as I'd hoped and the right Medial Gastroc and hami tightened up pretty quickly.

Another 10 reps, this time back up the hill. I was a bit disappointed with my concentration during this session as I wasn't able to keep focus for 60secs interval. Something to work on.
Straight to work after the session. The legs actually benefitted from a bit of exercise at work.
