Pretty tired but legs not too sore.

Seasons of Pain Multisport Race
2nd place behind a triathlete Brody. Bit annoyed to be beaten in a race that didn't have Jarad/James in the field and therefore winnable. But I didn't really have it today and it took a while before I embraced the hurt. A few changes in the course made it a little longer than January's course but the course is improving. Was pretty smashed after the race and had no appetite. Took over an hour to eat my parma, and didn't even start on the chips and salad. Also slept pretty poorly as my HR seemed to never settle down.

Harriers Run at Cochranes Road. Run was a fair bit better than expected, a few mins better than after the marathon. Slippery and wet made it pretty good fun.
Foot was hurting again by end of cool down. Annoying as I hadn't felt it for a few days.
