short jog after work, didn't feel as fresh as yesterday.

morning paddle at Port Melbourne, with Kathryn, Jarad, Paul Patrick and Elizabeth.

evening run in the new playground. One of those very rare days where I felt good running.

hired one of the shared melbourne city bikes and smashed around the city a bit before heading to the cricket. Great way to get around and very convienent now that most bikes have helmets left with them.

Time trial on the mtb up Taylors road to collect some signs for the weekends race. Had to push pretty hard to get back in time for my massage.

exploring the new trails in Traralgon South. Lots of potential with existing trails and a few hidden bike tracks.
