Traralgon Harriers 12km champs. Great tough course, hilly, windy, slippery. Ran with Des on my heels keeping me honest but a fair way behind Nick and Corny. In front of Crossy which was my only aim. Surprised how slow the course was. Calves have been wrecked ever since.
