Spent the morning at the Adventure Junkie Sprint Adventure race at Lysterfield on dad duty while Kathryn raced with Kim. Looked like a fun course and it was pretty easy to keep M entertained. Just drop him on the ground and let him eat gravel all morning. Parenting is easy.
