evening paddle from Tea Gardens. First went with the tide/river under the bridge for a few k's before I saw a mum/baby dolphin playing. I turned and followed them for a while before heading back and then doing a loop. The wind died down and it was a stunning evening on the water. Need a massive bit of foam on the seat as my bum was wrecked from yesterday's race.

Start of the boys road trip north. Left home 9am and headed to Bruthen. Stopped for a run, pie for lunch, a quick stop for some bevies at the microbrewery then continued on. Made it to Nimmitabel before we needed another coffee/play stop. Mattias had fun chasing the water birds in the park though it was only 6 degrees when we left. Then on to Pete and Ally's new place in Canberra. A long day for a little boy in the car but he did very well.
