cold morning paddle after work. Rib was not as sore as yesterday which is good, but not great yet.

Pram run up and down the rail trail with Mattias while Kathryn was racing the club 25km champs.

Pram run with Mattias. 7km would have be far enough, legs were tired by the end. But no significant niggles which is good.

Walk with Mattias in the backpack to place controls for the rogaine at Wron Won. Really nice area that we walked through, though other areas had more regrowth. Very pleasant walk.
