Long run from Traralgon to Cowwarr on the rail trail carrying small pack. Legs struggled to find a good cruising speed but good to get a few k's done.

Late morning 'bunch' ride. Happy when no one wanted to ride at 7am. Rode into Traralgon, back to Calignee Hall, then Mt Tassie, Balook, back down a cold descent to Traralgon South. Left what was left of the group and turned back for one rep up Redhill Road. Pretty tough hill after 3hrs but happy to get ride finished. And had some pleasing numbers on a few of the climbs where I pushed harder.

Nenet came out for a run at 4, which didn't give me much recovery time. Legs very heavy at first but a lot better by the end.

horrible weather but the rain stopped for the 20mins of racing. This was the worse Harriers course to try and follow in the dark and I missed 3 turns. Anyway running legs struggled to get through 5km but pace was ok compared to pre-China run.
