Slow paddle with Paddy due to the water level being so low. But still not many better places to paddle.

Late attempt at Taylor's Road KOM. Broke my own KOM for the first section, and then took 40secs off my time for full segment but still a bit behind a few CX guys. Had a headwind the last few k which didn't help but still happy with my form.

Long run that is becoming a regular, particularly when I want to have a go at my time trial. Happy to run my best time in the last 3 years, only beaten by times when I'd warmed up for 30mins rather than having run for 90mins before starting uphill segment. And I ran it in the dark too.

Wind was crazy and got worse as we paddled into it. But turned around and had one of the best downwind runs in my life, impressive since I was in an endorfinn not a ocean ski.
