forgot my bandage and despite running easy on grass, the ankle was not happy. I guess the plan for now is to keep the milage per run very low but run every day (this paid off well before). Hopefully the rest of my body will start to cooperate in the meantime (159 bpm at 4:30/km ffs)

Testing the ankle on Mrs. Macquarie loop:

1. Ankle some niggles and little swelling, nothing unusual. Should be able to finish Cradle with it so that's good news. Will just ease back into running, avoiding trails for the next couple of days and then tape properly

2. After 2.5 weeks of no running (sprained ankle) and drinking during our WA roadtrip I felt proper rubbish today (also 2.5 kg up), jogging up a little hill at 160+ bpm... I'd better get quickly back into shape if I want to have some fun in Tassie :)
