first time I realized how much I use my arms when biking, i probably did a bit too many pushups and the whole way back my arms were giving up on me haha also I feel kinda guilty about not running today, but I'll just go on a run tomorrow, since I still didn't feel too great yet, but I felt good enough to do a bit of a workout (just yknow, not running yet)
