Decided to move my longer run to today instead of doing it tomorrow since it's supposed to get really hot tomorrow. I tried doing the slower breathing pattern but after about 2km I started kind of dying and decided to revert back to my normal breathing pattern. Gotta say, jumping into the pool right after the run was nice though.
accidentally overdid it a bit with the training today, cuz I didn't have enough energy left for homework. whoops. Thankfully tomorrow's an asynchronous day so I can catch up then (hopefully)
