woooo long run cuz I felt like it- i ran on what's probably the loop with the least possible elevation around my dad's. My "goal" was to finish in under 50 minutes so I had time to jump in the pool afterwards and still make it to class, so I'm pretty glad that I made it. For some reason my arms are sore from this... i mean my legs are too, but my arms feel somewhat weaker, which is strange, but oh well
