I feel bad about not going on a run but I'm feeling pretty crap today, I've got an annoying cough, probably from overexerting myself and the fact that the AC vent is right above my bed, and the headache isn't great either. Besides, I'm going on a hike tomorrow which is hopefully a good enough replacement. I'll try to do some core later to at least to something today. I need to be alright for the weekend cuz I'm going on a hike tomorrow and then on Sunday I'm going canoeing, so that would be pretty bad to be sick during, so I'm hoping I'll feel better tomorrow.

first time I realized how much I use my arms when biking, i probably did a bit too many pushups and the whole way back my arms were giving up on me haha
also I feel kinda guilty about not running today, but I'll just go on a run tomorrow, since I still didn't feel too great yet, but I felt good enough to do a bit of a workout (just yknow, not running yet)

Note

got the second dose of my vaccine yesterday. I woke up at 4 am with tons of chills, then took me a while to fall asleep again. Then when I woke up in the morning I could barely move and basically all day I was falling asleep here and there and wasn't really able to do anything. Even going to the bathroom was rough because every time I got up to walk I would get really dizzy and nauseous as if I was going to pass out, so that was fun. So yeah, no training today.

I had a bit of a rough start, I messed up 3 pretty bad and I was super hesitant when going down the hill towards 5 because I got a bit confused. Then I was pretty clean until 12, which I messed up a good amount because starting to go down the hill towards the control I saw a group of 4 boys coming out from the green, so I figured the control is right in front of me so I started refolding my map and looking how I'll go for the rest of the course as I kept on going, and then when I looked up I realized that I didn't pass the control yet but I don't see it. Eventually I found that I was in the little thin reentrant to the right of the control which I originally thought was the ditch where 12 was.
