Where my leg connects to the body really hurts so walked. I am going to have to have a few rest days! :( :(

My leg started to hurt around 7km in I just ignored it and at the end it was so painful I had to walk parkrun very slow

Warm ups and downs on a bike are so slow because I am walking, I am not allowed to ride because its on gravel (it will pop the tires).

Wasn't pushing it because tomorrow I am doing the dubble header Parkrun and running between. Up the hills I could feel my legs a bit so tried to go on more flats, overall it felt good.
