Off road 10k, (Garmin 9.55k)
Went off fairly easy as I knew there were a few climbs on the course especially early on. Held my position from 6k marker, 2 guys passed me near the finish on the final climb in the wood but I passed them again on the downhill.
A bit icy in places but could be avoided so no problem but glad to have the studs on as some of the hills were a bit soft underfoot (runners with ordinary trainers found this out!!).
I enjoyed the run, good route and lovely sunny day helped.
1st female over 50 and Ian thought I was 4th female overall.

Much better effort on this one. No real mistakes just a few hesitations and much more confident with underfoot conditions. Only 2 seconds behind Hazel and managed to pull up to finish 3rd WSV
