Ran Green Course. Not enough opportunity for running but glad I didn't do W50 where there was probably less opportunity. Finished 8th.

Run in Lanton with a map trying to focus on style, difficult when trying to avoid low branches. First long run in new Salomons - didn't realise how much bounce the old ones have lost!!!!

Felt it hard running into the wind and calf tried to cramp up at 9k but was feeling the pace by then anyway. Still managed to be first female over 50 so reasonably happy even if my time was a bit disappointing

A bit off going to No 1 map not quite right and didn't read the map going to No 8 just ran in the direction of control, missed it and had to go back. Lost a wee bit of time at No 11 helping someone who was lost. Very wet underfoot. Felt tired and legs heavy. Hopefully OK for Glasgow tomorrow.

Enjoyed this much better than yesterday! No huge mistakes and some iffy route choices but overall reasonably happy.

Slow to No 1 and then a bit high on 3. Lost about 15 mins at No 5. Too far left I think then found it difficult to relocate as there were lots of crags many not mapped. Fine after that but didn't enjoy the area.
