Heather/marshy/vague - not my kind of area. Didn't really enjoy it today only seemed to do OK when I was able to take path route. Lost a lot of time on 7 veered too far left and took too long to sort out

Easy run in the sunshine great to be out!
Sharplaw-lanton wood-golf course-todlaw-castlegate-back up to Sharplaw Farm to get distance. A bit wet and muddy in places.
