Women's green course
Got 1 okay but lost about 4/5mins at 2 when I didn't pay enough attention to the map around/within the circle. Took back time on legs I was able to run but not enough of these today. I actually managed not to lose interest today and got on better than expected. The sun shining was also a bonus. Had a good chat with Mrs P today and we seem to be having very similar problems with our orienteering at the moment at least it's not just me!!!! (Ran 5.7k)

Waterside-Walkersknowe-Jedfoot-Bonjedward-Monklaw-Sharplaw
Not too wet but pretty windy on way back
Legs still feeling a bit heavy but time ok
