Ran Women's Ultra Vets course
Went out very easy then gradually picked up but never pushed. Hamstring survived which was the main thing but navigation not so good especially at the start, improved once I stopped worrying about my leg. Even managed not to sprint on the run in.

Another 10min session round the Games Hall but a bit quicker pace than Mon night (even managed to raise heart rate). Hamstring ok again and managing to stretch a bit further. A pretty boring session but probably better than running on the road and helped pass the time at work as no one using sports centre tonight.

Have entered Ultra Vet course at Killingworth on Sunday so won't be tempted to run.
