Went out for a run on an all controls map as knew I would try and push on if I had a dibber and n my hand. Fast running area but quite steep. Leg ok.

An easy run around the town
Friars-out to Inchbonny and back-Oxnam Road-Blair Avenue-Howden Road-Howdenburn-Oxnam Road-Boundaries-Priors Road-Priors Meadow-Waterside-Sharplaw.
A bit slippy at times. Hamstring a wee bit tight but able to run at an easy pace.

6 x 30s (30s recovery)
Bottom of left hamstring slightly sore on 5th and felt a twinge half way through 6th so decided not to carry on as road was quite slippy too. Jogged back home and it felt ok, not sure if just cramp, cold or still a bit sore from XC.
