A bit scrappy today, lack of terrain orienteering showing but pleasantly surprised to be in front of the other RR ladies. I think my running prevented greater time loss. Enjoyed the area.

Up to the start of the Middle Distance event with Ian and Kirstin then carried on to the top of the hill. An easy run back down to assembly

Jogged a couple of laps and calf seems fine
