Funny being in a hotel gym on Christmas Day but we all thought that we would take advantage of the gym given the circumstances. Sunshine and heat tomorrow - and orienteering on a permanent course in Florida! :D

Tried some weird upper body workout on the elliptical trainer.
Ice Breaker - lots of fun! Decided to skip the killer K and save energy for the rest of the race, happy with my decision, headed straight to one of the double black diamonds and seemed to be on my own for most of the race which i really liked! Think I could have pushed it in the end and got some of the Polar Express but did not want to chance being late!
