Found a map of Momt Royal on line, considering it was only a few blocks from our place how could we resist. Most of the controls were near trails so it was a great way to explore the park and the lookout was amazing!

Went out on Tyendaga map with DD and nwhitty. Only did second half of the map, excited to be on one again but did not want to push my leg. Looking forward to Pilates tonight and a good stretch.
