Did the ARX training map with Kris, didn't go so good. Some areas were much more green than map showed and very slow to move through. Rest of forest looked like it would be lovely though, will have to do other loops another time.

Peak2Peak - was planning on running alone but hip was very sore this morning so was not going to push it too hard and Kris had same route plan and was feeling the same. First half was a bit slow, no nav problems, just slow. But we found some motivation second half and managed to push it a bit harder and get most of those we hoped to do. Almost made it in on time, was 3 seconds over.

X-league #2. Went so much better this time! I started off with a plan and stuck to it. Had a bit of a bobble at #6, ended up just a bit above it and had to come down around the rocks to get to it. At 20 min decided I had time to get to #7 and was able to everything but the dogbone and only went over time by a minute.

Was supposed to just be a trail run but when we got to the Firestone Emil and Dana were just finishing off some training on last years P2P map so Kris and took those and did a bit of nav training ourselves. Great day to be in the woods!
