Orienteering (Long training) 1:05:00 [3]
Did the first loop of the advanced map for long training on a great start to Ottawa's training weekend in Kingston. Took it easy to check out ankle but a blister started to form with new shoes. Ankle felt good after with no addionalmswelling. :) Cut it short but picked up a few controls on way back (from other map).
Orienteering (Sprint training) 27:00 [3]
Fun course at Queen's U. Did map 1 - realized I really need to focus on the control descriptions when approaching controls. A few small errors but generally pretty clean. Used AG!'s duct tape solution for blisters and others needed it too (not the only one wearing in new shoes). Didn't do the second map, 30 degrees no humid - I was done.
