Rail trail out and back, legs felt very tired on the way out but just kept pushing knowing that i would be rewarded with the downhill on the way back.

TNT - did not feel up to it at the start, sore right ankle and calves were really tight. Took it slow on the first loop and sped up a bit but did not push... No time for slow downs, need to listen to my body.

Line-O in the valley, felt pretty good staying with the map but had to stop a few times to make sure I did not over run.
