Really tried to take it easy and stretch out calf and legs in general, this has been going on for some time. Ran warm up and then did 1km loops with dynamic stretching in between. Then easy run home.

Not sure how to log this, a real crappy TNT. First day back at work thus poor nutrition, sleep, and hydration and horrible heat and humidity... I just sucked, did the bigger loop of the figure 8 at Princess Point - we decided to go there to find the breeze but no luck. Only 3 of us and I think we all agreed that the hot and humidity just sucked!!!

Another paddle around the bay - so quiet up here, seems like everyone has headed home. A bit more work heading home due to a strong wind out of the south.

Shore to dock to dock, not sure how long the distance was but just felt good to shake out my ankles while kicking. Bald eagle circling overhead the whole time, first time in the 36 years I have been coming here that I have ever seen one on Eagle Lake.
