Did nothing today, hamstring was tight and tendon at sit bone was twingey and I stressed about it. Realised I'd done a lot and was being over sensitive, feeling a bit better about it now. Need to be very careful with the bike. It's too easy to think just ramp it up.
Slow and steady rides the bike.
PS need to stop thinking about new bikes.
PPS going to foam roll for a bit now.
