Qld Middle at Bunyaville
Really fun course and nice lil patch of the forest.
Okay run, quite a few little things in the circle particularly imprecise entries and little hesitations. And need to be more prepared with exits before I get to the control. Probably at least a min or 2 lost there. A couple of bigger hesitations when I was distracted and lost my train of thought and then lost probably at least 1-2+mins on the longer leg, just didn't see the track option at all and then didn't get onto quite the line I wanted. And then stopped thinking from the last control and got sucked into the green and had to bash through it to get out to the finish.
But nice out and really fun event.

Into the city, along the river for a bit then back.
Pre brekky but made sure to eat a lot yesterday so only got a lil hungry right at the end. Now just to make sure I can get enough in today too.
Good to get out and nice in the sun.
R hip a bit sore for the last 5k or so, stopped and stretched it at the traffic lights and where I could. Mainly just from being so slack with physio exercises recently I think. And could feel that core + back is weak for the same reason.

Intraining Speed Session with the Chermside group!
5 x 1.5km fartlek with up to ~4 x 30s-2mins efforts a bit random and 2mins standing rec between sets.
Think I got a bit excited and was going quite hard but managed to pull out a bonus fifth even though I was quite cooked after the fourth.
Super fun running with the bigger group, really enjoyed this. Makes me sure that I need to get back to the group sessions when I can fit them in now.
