This was a good run. Faster again, so still showing signs of recovery. Although I took the train down because it was so cold. Still more recovery to come. My midweek runs are still 1kph slower than normal.
I think there was a straighter route to #8, but I went round on the path to keep running faster and kept good map contract. Didn't lose much.
I was running with someone to #10. I ran round the top on the path, but running up the base of the re-entrant seem to be much quicker.
#11 was my only real mistake. Felt like I was on top of the contours and paths, so was slack on my pace counting. Turned in one re-entrant too early. Was sure I was in the right one, so lost 3mins wandering up and down, even tough the map wasn't quite fitting.
Took a straight route to #13. Slow going. Might have been quicker to run on the path and come up from the south.
Missed the small path turning to #14, had to cut through some dense Xmas trees to pick it up again. Very festive!
