Orienteering race (NAOC long) 1:45:53 [4] 6.54 km (16:11 / km) +80m 15:15 / km
shoes: Bold

This race went fairly well, some mistakes but relocated quickly, no major problems. Came in 4th which was good.
Missed a trail and poor bearing on 3. Wrong marsh on 4. 5 was very exciting as me, Emma w. , Laura and Izzy (4-1st place) were all there. Smart route choice on 7:). Didn't go far enough of trail on 8 at first. Left path too early on 9, had to relocate but did it quickly. Rest went well, I think my endurance and speed at the end were surprisingly good so yay training! Seems I made a lot of mistakes but I was still pretty happy with this race, the terrain was very tricky and I think everyone struggled.

This race went very poorly even after I missed my start by 52 mins. Bad bearings and distance estimation, bad route choices, lack of concentration. However after the spectator control it went quite well and I actually had quite a lot of fun - it's a lovely area to orienteer in. Very inconsistent orienteering. Result was unfortunately overtime.

Looking at features with Isaac and Tyson. Went well. Realized lots abOut terrain.
Then relocation with Justine and T and I. Also went well.
Then I did some faster pace stuff by myself. One control went very poorly but then I realized I had to be more careful and the rest went well.

"Warmup" of planks, push-ups, bicycles etc.
2x (20-exercise circuit including plank, crunches, chin-ups, bicycles, burpies, med. ball throws, jumps, weights, inverse push-ups, etc. one minute of each exercise, 10 seconds to switch, 2 stations are rest).
