Run from World Square to meet Brooner in Glebe then around the foreshore to Balmain. Then did a Star Relay map memory followed by 2 x sprint courses. Ran back over Anzac Bridge and Darling Harbour to World Square. Legs tired and sore by the end. Think I'll retire the shoes.
