Run from World Square to meet Brooner in Glebe then around the foreshore to Balmain. Then did a Star Relay map memory followed by 2 x sprint courses. Ran back over Anzac Bridge and Darling Harbour to World Square. Legs tired and sore by the end. Think I'll retire the shoes.

Note

The elites start last for WA Champs on Saturday meaning that it'll clash with the AFL Grand Final. I don't understand why organisers continually put the elites last on the longest course thinking people will watch them finish. Thinking of sitting it out.
