4th Shouldn’t have taken more than 30 seconds, but I was a bit hesitant to go to the finish as was not sure about that canal symbol in the east side of the rd (time loss 1.40)


Time loss: 12 min 40 seconds, I would be happier if I did not mock #10, add to this my reduced speed of 20% and you get your self 25-29 min gap from the winner.

Speed: 16.3 kph average whereas winner should have been around 19.5 kph average

Unfortunately had to use another bike which was much smaller for me, and couldn’t develop the speed I am capable of and my squats were in pain all race.
